Can the pre-designed collection suites be customised?

Yes, of course. I am more than happy to make small changes to the design, colours and fonts in any of the pre-existing suites, to tailor it to your wedding or event. If you need a significant alteration, please note that a small design fee may apply.

Can you design extra pieces to match the suite I’ve chosen?

Every event is different and so it is comes naturally that most stationery suites are quite customised to suit the day. With Paloma is more than happy to take on your requests, so please don’t hesitate to ask. 

Do you design custom stationery?

Do you love our style, but can’t find the right design for your event? Let me design the perfect invitations or stationery for your next event. Pricing varies from project to project, depending the complexity. Please touch base with me through email or by filling out the “Order and Quotes” form. These details will help me to get a feel for your event and I’ll be able to quote for your needs from there.

Can you make a customised map for my venue?

Simple line maps can easily be designed to match your chosen wedding suite and cost $75.00 to draw, before printing costs. Most maps usually include a couple of little icons to indicate were the events are taking place; however if you would like to include more detailed illustrations to personalise the area, an extra design fee will occur. Pricing depends on the complexity of the project, so please enquire for more information.

Do you design on-the-day items, such as programs and place cards?

On-the-day items can be designed to match your chosen stationery suite or customised for your specific needs.

Do you accommodate rush orders?

I know how frantic it can be planning some events and will try my best to help with your schedule. If you are questioning your timing already, email me straight away so we can squeeze your order in! 

Do you have minimum orders?

We accommodate every event, big and small. We don’t have any order minimums on regular stationery, except for die-cut pieces (such as envelope liners), where a minimum of 20 is enforced due to the setup costs involved. 

How long does it take to print my stationery?

From the time your stationery is approved (via PDF proof), terms and conditions accepted and payment has been made, please allow approximately 10 working days for it to be printed. We usually find the process is quicker, however timing can change depending on our manufacturers’ schedules. We will endeavour to provide you with an accurate timeline once your quote has been accepted.

How long does it take to do a custom design?

Timing for custom designs not only depends on the complexity of the project, but on my current work schedule as well. It is best to allow at least 4-6 weeks from start to finish, which gives time to make everything absolutely perfect. If you are time-poor, please let me know and I’ll endeavour to meet your needs as best I can.



What type of paper do you print on?

With Paloma uses a range of different paper stocks to digitally print on. Our most popular and economical stock is a 270gsm card that comes either lightly textured or smooth. Our Premium options are a 350gsm Colorplan stock, which is a lovely, smooth, uncoated card, or a gorgeous 300gsm Crane Lettra 100% fluffy cotton stock. Many other paper stocks and colours are available, please enquire for more information.

Do you have different envelopes to choose from?

I am able to stock envelopes to match most of my available papers. Coloured envelopes are also available and can transform a simple letter into amazing mail!

Can you print names and addresses on envelopes?

Recipient addresses, as well as return to sender addresses, can be printed on your envelopes in a style and colour palette to match your stationery suite.

Do you offer letterpress printing, foil embellishments or calligraphy?

Most of our designs are completely or at least partly letterpress friendly. Consider letterpress printing or hot foil embellishments to give your stationery the ultimate touch of luxury. We also have a list of recommended calligraphers that we are able to connect you with for envelope addressing or any spot calligraphy needs.

Do you print samples?

Designs are usually emailed to the client as a PDF for approval, however if you feel you need a printed example, physical samples can be printed and sent to you for $15.00 per piece, including postage. Please allow approximately 7 working days.



Do you have a price list?

Pricing can be quite a complex affair when it comes to extensive stationery suites, especially when custom designs are involved! Prices also vary with quantities. Please fill out the form on the Orders page to receive a customised quote for your project.

What payment methods do you accept?

With Paloma currently accepts direct bank deposits or cash only.

Do you require a deposit?

A deposit of 50% is required on most projects and is non-refundable if the order is cancelled prior to production, as the design process has already commenced. 



Do you ship worldwide?

With Paloma currently ships to only Australia and New Zealand.

What shipping company do you use and how much will it cost?

All invitation stationery orders are beautifully packaged and sent via Express Australia Post. Shipping rates will be calculated according to weight.

Greeting cards and gift tags from the online store are posted through regular mail and incur a flat rate shipping fee of $4.90.



Do you design other graphic items, such as logos?

I hail from both a textile and graphic design background and continue to design prints for fashion and interiors, as well as creating graphic design solutions for individuals and businesses. I love taking on new projects, so please feel free to enquire about my work.

Do you design stationery for non-wedding events?

Yes, of course. You may find that one of the designs in our collection will suite your needs or you may need a custom design. I also design non-event stationery, such as thank you cards, as well as custom wall prints.



Cancellations can only be made before production starts and you will be refunded your money, minus the deposit payment, in the same method as it was paid. 

Projects are only sent into production once the design has been approved by the client and the final payment made. All wording is copied and pasted into each design and proofed multiple times to avoid errors. Every effort is taken to remedy mistakes, however if changes need to be made after production has started, it will be done at the client’s expense. If there is an error on With Paloma’s behalf, every effort will be taken to resolve the problem.

With Paloma reserves the right to use all designs and preliminary designs for marketing and sampling purposes.

With Paloma reserves the right to change pricing without notice. All quotes are valid for 30 days and if not accepted during the stated period, may be subject to price changes.

Three rounds of revisions are included free of charge in the design of custom stationery. One round of revisions are allowed for our design collection pieces. Additional revisions will incur a cost of $10.00 per round.

PLEASE NOTE: Colours can display slightly differently on screen than in print, depending on your computer monitor settings. We recommend viewing all design proofs on a computer monitor, rather than a mobile or table device. Whilst every effort is taken to match your chosen colour palette, there will naturally be slight variances in the product. Paper stocks can also affect colour outputs.
